Hayley Reid
Project Manager
As a Field Project Manager for the JMT Wilderness Conservancy, Hayley leads the summer internship program, mentoring and inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards. She works closely with a wide range of partners to identify priority restoration sites across the Sierra Nevada. Whether she’s planning logistics, managing projects, or ensuring the safety and well-being of her team in the field, Hayley is at the heart of every step, making restoration happen. With a “mama bear” approach, she looks after her team and the wild places they work to restore, combining thoughtful leadership with a deep passion for conservation.
“To be whole. To be complete. Wildness reminds us what it means to be human, what we are connected to rather than what we are separate from.” —Terry Tempest Williams
