Nicole Reitter
Director of Communications and Development

Nicole is JMT Wilderness Conservancy’s Director of Marketing and Development, leading the organization’s communication efforts—from the Mission Book and dispatches, to JMT Wild Talks, email campaigns, social media, and more. She guides the strategy, voice, and vision for all communications, while also cultivating private-sector support for JMT Wild’s grant programs. Her work focuses on developing meaningful giving initiatives that sustain and expand JMT Wild’s impact.

Nicole brings more than 30 years of marketing, sales, and business development experience in the hospitality and nonprofit sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Chico, along with active California real estate and notary licenses.
Outside of work Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and 16-year-old son, exploring local trails with her dog Picco, running, camping, playing tennis, writing, and traveling.
